So we have put together a few examples of the most frequently asked questions we receive to try and help you solve the problem. A lot of them may seem very basic and the obvious thing to do but you'd be surprised how effective they can be. So take a look.

Q. There is no power to my item
Possible Answers
Have you checked the batteries? We recommend using a new set of batteries.
If there is a power cable, have you checked the fuse?
Q. I have power on my item but it won't connect to my computer
Possible Answers
If your item is connected to a USB or FireWire port, have you checked that the connection is correct?
Have you downloaded the latest software for the item?
If your item has a wireless adapter, have you checked that the adapter is installed correctly?
If your item is Bluetooth, have you ensured that your computer is Bluetooth ready or has a Bluetooth adapter?
Have you run the Bluetooth setup?
Have you removed similar devices? Remove and try reinstalling
Have you tried the item on another machine?
Q. My web cam is not working properly
Possible Answers
Have you connected the item correctly? Check all connections
Have you focused the web cam? Make the adjustments
Have you downloaded the latest software?
Do you have any other web cams on you system? Remove and uninstall them and try again
Q. My headphones are not working

Have you inserted the item in the correct port correctly?
Q. My item is not charging

Have you checked the power cable? You may need to check the fuse or batteries

Is there power to your item? If not check the power cable and any fuses
Have you properly formatted your drive for use with your computer and Operating System? You should refer to the manufacturers website or instruction manual for instructions on formatting your drive
Have you checked the interface cables? It is recommended that you use a cable that you know has worked on another item
If installing a hard drive into your computer, have you checked the connections? Have you checked the compatibility of your machine?
Q. My speakers are not playing properly
Possible Answers
Have you checked the connection of your speakers to your stereo, computer or iPod?
If using an iPod or iPhone, have you adjusted the volume limit?
Shipping FAQ’s
Q. What methods of shipping do you use?
A. Within the UK we will use either Royal Mail, UK Mail Couriers or Fastway Couriers. Outside of the UK we will use Royal Mail in conjunction with your local postal service or UK Mail and one of their partners. We will decide which one to use based on your location, item weight or value.
Q. How long before I get my item?
A. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days. Delivery within the UK can take between 2 & 14 business days. This is dependent upon the method of shipping used. Items shipped with a courier should be delivered within 5 business days.
Delivery within the EU can take between 5 & 16 business days and delivery to all areas outside of the EU can take between 7 & 16 business days.
Q. I think my item is lost in the post
A. We will email you when your order is dispatched. If you have not received your order after 14 business days (UK) or 16 business days (outside UK) then please contact us for further information. We are unable to do anything before this time has elapsed.
Q. Do I have to pay import Duty on my item?
A. If you are located within the EU you will not have to pay any import duties. If outside of the EU you may be responsible for any import duties that are incurred. We are not responsible for any duties payable.

Q. How do I know my order has been received?
A. You will receive an email on completion of your order.
Q. What forms of payment can I use?
A. We accept Paypal and all major Credit Cards (except Amex). We also accept cheques and postal orders in Sterling from UK buyers only. Bank transfers are also accepted. Please contact us for further details.
Q. What taxes are included?
A. We charge UK VAT at 20%. This is included in all prices. If you wish to reclaim the VAT then you must, before completing your order, issue us with a valid company Purchase Order indicating your Tax ID.
